Кроме двух десятков профессиональных музыкантов, Херберт привлек к записи сотню активистов, которые в стенах Британского Музея одновременно должны были дуть в пустую стеклотару или дружно чиркать по полу упаковкой презервативов. Вокалистку вывозили для записи к высоковольтной линии, видимо, для того, чтобы голос пропитался едва уловимым треском. Кое-какие голоса и звуки были записаны в здании Британского Парламента (разрешение на проведение записи красуется на сайте музыканта). В треках имеется масса сэмплов. Например, в треке "one life", о потерянных солдатских жизнях, слышны звуки, которые издают приборы реанимационного отделения.
