Raised in a musical family, Darrel, Rhea, Paco, and Ahjah Walls (four of eight siblings) formed the group in 2009. The quartet debuted in 2012 with an independently released self-titled album that registered on the Billboard gospel chart. Grammy Award-winning vocalist/producer Kirk Franklin signed the group to his own Fo Yo Soul Entertainment company in 2012. The RCA-affiliated label is where there the singers went on to release Fast Forward in 2014 and The Other Side in 2017. The former topped the gospel chart.
