She received her classical training at the University of MA in Lowell majoring in voice-performance. She has been the opening act/lead vocalist for such artists as: Gary Charrone of Van Halen/Extreme, Sheena Easton, Tom Sullivan, Barbara Mandrell, and the Capital Steps. The Sandi Bedrosian Ensemble has performed throughout New England, the East and West Coasts, and Europe. Sandi has also starred in many musical productions, theater and opera, such as: Fiorello, Carousal, and Die Fledermaus. In addition she has directed the musicals South Pacific, Godspell, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. As a professional voice-over artist/actress since 1997, one of her Comcast ads won the 2004 “Communicator Award of Excellence.” Currently, Sandi lives in Andover, MA with her husband/pianist John Hyde. For over 20 years Sandi has owned and operated The VOICE Studio, a music studio in Andover. Together, this gifted collective delivers stunning arrangements led by Bedrosian’s elegant lead vocals.
