I was not satisfied with the way that copy sounded, missing some warmth and depth, so I started looking for an original release. I ended up with a first and second pressing of this album. But the copies were obviously played a lot. And why shouldn't they have been? Such a great album. Now I have ripped for you the first pressing. I had to do a lot of work on this rip to make it sound as it does now. The recording is pretty quiet now, but I haven't removed all soft noises and ticks. I didn't want to take the 'soul' away from this album. Hope you will enjoy. More to follow of Aretha. A1 Chain Of Fools 2:45 Written-By – Don Covay A2 Money Won't Change You 2:02 Written-By – James Brown, Nat Jones A3 People Get Ready 3:35 Written-By – Curtis Mayfield A4 Niki Hoeky 2:33 Written-By – Jim Ford, Lolly Vegas, Pat Vegas A5 (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman 2:37 Written-By – Goffin-King*, Wexler* B1 Since You've Been Gone (Sweet Sweet Baby) 2:18 Written-By – Aretha Franklin, Ted White B2 Good To Me As I Am To You 3:25 Written-By – Aretha Franklin, Ted White B3 Come Back Baby 2:29 Written-By – Ray Charles B4 Groovin' 2:45 Written-By – Eddie Brigati, Felix Cavaliere B5 Ain't No Way 4:12 Written-By – Carolyn Franklin  A  B  PersonnelArranged By – Arif Mardin, Tom Dowd Backing Vocals – Carolyn Franklin, Sweet Inspirations, The Bass – Tommy Cogbill Design [Cover] – Loring Eutemey Drums – Roger Hawkins Guitar – Bobby Womack, Eric Clapton (tracks: B2), Jimmy Johnson (4), Joe South Liner Notes – Jon Landau Percussion [Vibraharp] – Warren Smith Photography [Cover] – Vincent Nanfra Piano [Electric], Organ – Spooner Oldham Producer – Jerry Wexler Saxophone [Baritone] – Haywood Henry Saxophone [Tenor] – King Curtis Saxophone [Tenor], Flute – Frank Wess, Seldon Powell Trombone – Tony Studd Trumpet – Bernie Glow, Joe Newman, Melvin Lastie Vocals, Piano – Aretha Franklin  Aretha Now, 1968b, Stereo Год выпуска: 1968 Лейбл: Atlantic SD 8186 Код класса состояния винила EX Страна-производитель: US Аудио кодек: FLAC Тип рипа: tracks Формат записи: 24\96 Формат раздачи: 24\96 Продолжительность: 29:10 Треклист:A1 Think 2:15 Written-By – Aretha Franklin, Ted White A2 I Say A Little Prayer 3:30 Written-By – Burt Bacharach - Hal David* A3 See Saw 2:42 Written-By – Don Covay, Steve Cropper A4 Night Time Is The Right Time 4:44 Written-By – Lew Herman A5 You Send Me 2:25 Written-By – Sam Cooke B1 You're A Sweet Sweet Man 2:14 Written-By – Ronnie Shannon B2 I Take What I Want 2:30 Written-By – David Porter, Isaac Hayes, Mabon Hodges* B3 Hello Sunshine 3:00 Written-By – King Curtis, Ronald Miller (3) B4 A Change 2:23 Written-By – Clyde Otis, Dorian Burton B5 I Can't See Myself Without You 3:00 Written-By – Ronnie Shannon  A  B  PersonnelArranged By – Arif Mardin, Tom Dowd Artwork – Loring Eutemey Baritone Saxophone – Floyd Newman, Willie Bridges Bass – Jerry Jemmott Drums – Roger Hawkins Electric Piano – Spooner Oldham Engineer – Tom Dowd Guitar – Jimmy Johnson (4), Tommy Cogbill Organ – Spooner Oldham Photography By – David Gahr Piano – Aretha Franklin Producer – Jerry Wexler Tenor Saxophone – Andrew Love, Charles Chalmers Trumpet – Wayne Jackson  EquipmentИсточник оцифровки: poimandres, demonoid.me Cleaning: Disco Antistat + Okki Nokki RCM Устройство воспроизведения: Pro-Ject 1Xpression with Acryl platter and Speed Box Cartridge: Denon DL-160 Предварительный усилитель: Cambridge Audio Azur 640P АЦП: Tascam US-144 external USB 2.0 Audiointerface Программа-оцифровщик: Wavelab 6 Обработка: Click Repair 3.4.1 used in manual modeRCM > TT > Denon DL-160 > Cambridge Audio Azur 640P > PC> Wavelab 6 @ 24/96 > analyze (no clipping, DC Bias offset correction, each side gain adjusted to -0.3 dB) > Cooledit Pro 2.1 used for Younglove decrackle method > Wavelab 6 to split into individual tracks > Click Repair 3.4.1 used in manual mode, Declick: 10~20, Pitch Protection, X2 > FLAC encoded Level 8 with Foobar Дополнительная Информация 67й звучит неважно, выкладываю за неимением лучшего, так сказать.
