This album has fifteen pieces by various composers including: Philip Aaberg, Randy Newman, Pete Seeger, Art Lande, Dominic Frontiere, and the late Carmine Coppola, as well as eight pieces I put together.This album was influenced mainly by Montana, where I spent many years growing up and where I tour every year or two. The single most influential musician for this recording was the great Montana composer pianist, Philip Aaberg, who has three wonderful recordings on Windham Hill: High Plains, Out of the Frame, and Upright1. Living in the Country 3:45Composed by Pete Seeger as a solo guitar piece around 1956. The introduction to Living in the Country is a traditional Irish song, Do You Love an Apple, as arranged by Tríona Ni Dhomhnaill and The Bothy Band.2. Loreta and Desireé’s Bouquet (Part 1) 4:043.
