Project combines innovative concepts of Punkt Festival (Norway) with the integrative nature of Eklektik Session. Broad spectrum of common activities planned in 2014, such as special performances, studio workshops, panels and touring, not only allows Polish and Norwegian artists to exchange their experience and set ground for future collaborations but, above all, emancipates essential values in creating art.Before PUNKT EKLEKTIK SESSION came apparent to public eyes and ears, project initiated with studio session of EKLEKTIK ENSEMBLE engineered by swiss record producer Roli Mosimann. This 10-piece collective of various individuals premiered at Punkt Eklektik Session event on the 07th March 2014. The festival’s final performance, 25-piece EKLEKTIK ORCHESTRA focused on musical and visual interplanetary journey to SOLARIS, inspired by noted polish writer Stanisław Lem.This release presents selected sonic results of the first Punkt and Eklektik Session encounter. Eklektik Ensemble is followed by PUNKT LIVE REMIX of LUTOSŁAWSKI QUARTET performed on the 08th March 2014 by Punkt founders and curators Jan Bang, Erik Honoré and their close associate Arve Henriksen.
