Stevens (percussion &mini-trumpet) had often worked with the other two in duos and larger groups,but this tour was the only time that guitarist Bailey and saxophonist Gjerstad worked together, and work together they do -- very well in fact. All the pieces are trio improvisations, but the three duos do appear from time to time.
