The honing of repetition in these works allows for the listener to have multiple relationships with the pieces over the course of the song's duration as well as multiple entry points and multiple angles of view. Rather than focusing on the linear, time-based journey of western music, this album embraces core elements of other musical systems which spiral and grow as if in concentric circles, taking the listener into more of an orbit than on a trip from here to there.
